I design and facilitate interactive workshops and programs focused on confidence, self-love, empowerment, and purpose. I host my own workshops and also partner with organizations to create engaging learning experiences for women, girls, and community groups.
At the core of my work is creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves, reflect honestly, and connect with others. I believe learning and growth happen best when people feel supported, seen, and free from judgment — even if it’s just for one hour.
As a workshop designer, I get to bring my multi-passionate, creative side to life. I design all of my own workshops and also collaborate with organizations to create custom experiences aligned with their goals and the people they serve.
